It’s All Love And Light Between Basketmouth and AY

—

This is one of the longest feuds between celebrities in Nigeria. For people who were cool before now and are in the same industry.

Unexpectedly, popular comedian Basketmouth has extended an invitation to AY Makun to attend his next show in Lagos. The two comedians’ 17-year rivalry comes to an end with the invitation.

Basketmouth revealed in a recent interview with Arise TV that although AY won’t be performing, he has been given a special invitation. “AY has a ticket even though he is not scheduled to perform. He’s there. Basketmouth said, “A few days ago, I sent him his ticket.”

Basketmouth stressed that the schedule of events has already been decided upon while outlining the nuances of the show’s program. “My show is already designed, so AY can’t even make a cameo.” It’s a three-hour set that we are taping for television. Every step has a timing. “Perfection to precision,” he continued.

This surprising act of kindness follows Basketmouth’s public apology to AY, indicating a turning point in their relationship. With comedians like Bovi, Senator, Dan The Humorous, and Aproko joining the lineup, the event looks to be a star-studded event with more talent from Ghana.

Fans are excited to see this historic milestone in the history of comedy, and the reconciliation and impending event have definitely sparked their attention.
