Dominic Solankes Joins Tottenham Hotspur for Club Record Deal

Tottenham Hotspur has announced the acquisition of English forward Dominic Solanke from Bournemouth in a club-record deal worth £65 million. Solanke has signed a contract extending until 2030.

The 26-year-old striker moves to Tottenham after a notable stint with Bournemouth, where he made 216 appearances and scored 77 goals.

Last season, he was a key player, featuring in all 38 Premier League games and finishing as the joint fourth highest goalscorer with 19 goals.

Solanke began his career at Chelsea, making his first-team debut in October 2014 against NK Maribor in the UEFA Champions League, becoming Chelsea’s youngest player to play in the competition.

After a loan spell abroad, he joined Liverpool, where he made 27 appearances under Jürgen Klopp before moving to Bournemouth in 2019.
