CAF AWARDS: Super Falcons, Oshoala, Deborah Abiodun and Nnadozie make conclusive list

Super Falcons, Asisat Oshoala, Deborah Abiodun, and Nnadozie all made the CAF conclusive list for the 2023 CAF awards. The Super Falcons of Nigeria will compete with the other four nations for the Best National Team award.

Super Falcons duo, Asisat Oshoala and Chiamaka Nnadozie made the last ten for the Best Player award.

Falcons young midfielder Deborah Abiodun is the only Nigerian to reach the last ten for the Young Player of the Year award.

Super Falcon’s shot stopper, Chiamaka Nnnadozie, reached the final for the best goalkeeper of the year award.

According to CAF, the ultimate winner of each category will be decided after votes from a voting panel consisting of the CAF Technical Committee, media professionals from Member Associations, Head Coaches, and captains of Member Associations and clubs involved in the group stages of the Interclub competitions.

The Awards Gala is billed to take place on Monday, 11 December 2023, at the Palais des Congrès, Movenpick, Marrakech, Morocco.
