The Rock For President 2024!

Talk about being anything you wan to be; then put Dwanye Johnson in that sentence!

Politics hasn’t been completely ruled out by Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson yet. In an interview with TODAY on December 6, Johnson mentioned the possibility of his followers supporting him to run for president in the future. He seemed receptive to the idea of running for office the next year, even though he didn’t say yes or no.

In reference to potentially running for president, he stated, “Here’s what I can tell you with 100% certainty and surety is that I believe in working hard controlling the controllables and putting in all the hard work with your own two hands, and being humble, hungry and grateful, kicking and always give back.” I can only tell you that. Thus, the answer is not no.

According to a 2021 Piplsay study, 46% of participants said they would be happy to see the “Moana” star in the Oval Office.

In response to the survey, Johnson shared the findings on Instagram and wrote that it was “humbling” to learn that his followers would back him if he ran for president.

“It is my belief that our Founding Fathers never imagined a man in his sixties, with a fanny pack, tattoos, tequila consumption, half Black and half Samoan heritage, and balding hair, joining their club,” he remarked. But it would be an honor for me to serve you, the people, if that were to happen.

In a 2016 interview, Johnson also discussed his interest in politics with British GQ.

Regarding the possibility of entering politics, he remarked, “To be honest, I haven’t ruled anything out.”

“I’m not being evasive when I say that, but right now I’m not positive. “It is undeniable that the idea of becoming president or governor is seductive,” he went on. Beyond that, it would present a chance to significantly improve lives on a worldwide basis. However, I have a lot of other things I would like to finish first. The Rock for President? Why not!
