Man killed, buried in shallow grave in Anambra (Viewer discretion advised).

The Police in Anambra State say it has arrested 3 suspects for allegedly killing a middle-aged man and burying him in a shallow grave in Okija in Ihiala Local Government Area of Anambra State.
The Command said the suspects were arrested on Saturday by operatives attached to the Command Special Anti Robbery Squad (SARS), following intensive manhunt and actionable intelligence.
Among the suspects were Obasi Faith Ezinne ‘f’ aged 23 years of Mbaitolu Imo State, Ntomchukwu Anabaraonye ‘m’ aged 33 years of Okija and Abuchi Obinna ‘m’ aged 26 years of Ihiala.
A report issued on the matter by the Police Spokesperson in Anambra, Haruna Mohammed said the suspects had on the 30th of last month, allegedly abducted the deceased,  one Henry Okam ‘m’ aged 34years of Okija in Ihiala LGA of Anambra State.
“They also killed the victim with a pump action gun and subsequently buried him in a shallow grave.
“Meanwhile, the suspects who voluntarily confessed to the crime, took operatives to a thick forest in Ihiala where the decomposing body of the victim was exhumed and recovered to the mortuary for autopsy.
“Consequently, the pump action used by the suspects in perpetrating the heinious crime including the victim’s phones were also recovered in their posession and registered as exhibits,” he said.
Mohammed revealed that the case is under investigation after which the suspects and their accomplices would be brought to book.
“The Commissioner of Police, John Abang once again reiterates his clarion call that there is no hiding place for Criminals in Anambra State and that the Command under his watch will continue to fish out and deal decisively with criminal elements in accordance with the law until they repent or relocate from the State,” the statement said.
