Real Madrid and Three Lions midfielder Jude Bellingham has been voted as the best player for 2023-24 La Liga season.

The 20 years old scooped the accolades in his first season with Los Blancos after joining the club June last year pipping Kubo (Real Sociedad), Griezmann (Atlético Madrid), Dovbyk (Girona), Kirian (UD Las Palmas), Lewandowski (Barcelona), Vinicius Jr. (Real Madrid), Isco (Real Betis), Aleix García (Girona) and Sorloth (Villarreal) in the final vote.

Having won the La Liga and SuperCopa de Espena Jude has been influential for the club who will be playing in the UEFA Champions League Final against Dortmund this Saturday.

In his 28 appearances in La Liga, he has scored 19 goals with 6 assists, in the Champions League he scored 4 and assisted 4.

Bellingham, who was unable to attend the ceremony, sent the following message: “Thank you for this award, it’s an honour to receive it. I’m sorry I couldn’t attend because I have been preparing for the Champions League final. I would like to dedicate it to my teammates, the coaching staff and, most importantly, to the fans of the best club in the world. It’s a pleasure every time I play for this team. ¡Hala Madrid!”

He also made the 2023/24 LaLiga dream team which also includes teammates Carvajal, Rüdiger, Valverde and Vini Jr. The rest of the players are: Unai Simón, Ronald Araujo, Miguel Gutiérrez, Aleix García, Gundogan, Isco, Savio, Griezmann, Lewandowski and Dovbyk.
