Benue State Governor, Hyacinth Alia has sent his felicitations to all the Muslim faithful in the state and country, on the occasion of this year’s Eid-el-Maulud, a significant day which commemorates the birth of Prophet Muhammad.Â
In a statement by his chief press secretary, the Governor urged all the Muslims to reflect on the principles of the Prophet’s life of kindness, compassion, and his role as a spiritual guide.
He charged them to always engage in dialogues and conversations aimed at promoting the unity and growth of the state and country.
The governor solicited for continued prayers and support for the APC-led government, assuring that his administration will continue to do everything possible to deliver on its campaign promises.
