Bb Naija-Comedian Woli Arole Criticizes Christians for Condemning BBNaija, Urges Them to Create Their Own Shows

Nigerian comedian Woli Arole has criticized Christians who often condemn the popular reality TV show, Big Brother Naija (BBNaija).

The ninth season of BBNaija premiered on Sunday, July 28th, 2024, causing displeasure among many people on social media.

In response to the criticism, Woli Arole posted on his Instagram page on Monday, telling Christians to stop calling the show ‘ungodly.’

He suggested that instead of complaining, the Christian community should create their own ‘godly’ reality TV shows. He pointed out that many Christian billionaires could fund such projects.

Nobody should complain about BBNaija. Make your own godly reality TV show! If you don’t sponsor them, you can’t dictate their behavior. There are Christian billionaires who can fund godly TV shows. Period.”

He believes that instead of criticizing, Christians should take action and produce content that aligns with their values. This way, they can positively influence the media landscape.
