A Federal High Court in Abuja has restrained Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) from deregistering 31 political parties in the country. Justice Anwuli Chikere gave the interlocutory order on Monday at the hearing of a suit by some of the parties recently deregistered by the electoral body.
