Senator Uzor Kalu intends to do with Arsenal what he did to Eyimba FC

Former Governor of Abia state, Senator Uzor Orji Kalu has expressed his intentions to do with Arsenal what he did with Enyimba.
He made this known by taking to his Twitter page to express his interest in buying the English premier league club, Arsenal with a 35% stake bid.
Senator Kalu who is the current Chief Whip Of the 9th Senate was known for the massive turnaround he brought to Enyimba FC during his time as the governor of Abia state.
Record has it that his impact played a huge role in Enyimba FC, winning the CAF Championship back to back in 2003.
His love for sports got him an award which earned him the accolade, “the African pillar of sports.”
In Kalu’s Twitter handle on Monday evening,  he wrote: “Our success with Enyimba FC btw 2000-2007 has continuously increased my passion for football. As the pillar of sports in Africa, I am considering an investment in football & I will buy a 35 percent stake in Arsenal FC @Arsenal.
“Our target is to lift the Champions League & EPL back to back as we did with Enyimba.”
