NEWS FLASH: Finance Minister Wale Edun Travels to UK for Medical Treatment

Nigeria’s Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister of the Economy, Wale Edun, has reportedly travelled to the United Kingdom for medical treatment.

According to sources, the minister, who had been receiving care in Abuja, left for London on Monday night following his doctors’ advice.

Presidency officials confirmed that Mr. Edun is indeed unwell but said his condition is not serious, and there are currently no plans to replace him
