Microsoft is updating its Services Agreement, which is the set of rules governing the use of its online products and services.Â
These updates are designed to make the terms clearer and to include new products, services, and features that Microsoft has introduced.
The new terms will take effect on September 30, 2024. If you continue using Microsoft’s products and services after that date, it means you agree to the updated terms.
If you don’t agree with the changes, you can stop using Microsoft’s products and services and close your account before the new terms become active.
Parents and guardians are reminded that they are responsible for their children’s use of Microsoft products, including any purchases made.
