Manchester United has completed the signing of PSG player Manuel Ugarte for a total package worth €60 million, according to Italian football journalist Fabrizio Romano.
Fabrizio also revealed that the Uruguayan is set for a medical with Manchester United today, having agreed on personal terms in July with the 26-year-old.
Ugarte will become Manchester United’s fifth addition this summer transfer window, having already acquired Leny Yoro from Lille, Matthijs de Ligt and Noussair Mazraoui from Bayern Munich, and Joshua Zirkzee from Bologna.
Before joining PSG, the 23-year-old defensive midfielder played for Sporting CP, CA Fénix, and Famalicão, making 154 appearances for all clubs.
