It’s clear this HoH reign won’t be smooth sailing!
Sooj kicked off his role as Head of House with his close allies by his side—Anita, his loyal friend Nelly, and bestie Topher.
It’s shaping up to be a week full of drama, tension, and maybe a bit of confusion. After getting his HoH crown last night, Sooj wasted no time getting to work.
Head of house Sooj confidently led the wager meeting, discussing the week’s play. Ozee suggested a storyline, and since no one had objections, they moved on.
Sooj planned to meet later to talk about roles since they’d already covered the story and props.
Anita had a bit of a crisis, unsure of how to show off her talents. She even asked Tjay for advice. Tjay has been trying to present himself as more than just “the doctor,” but it’s been tough for him to shake off that image.
He wants to show a different side of himself, but his doctor persona keeps sneaking back in.
Next, Sooj met with Ozee, Ocee, and Onyeka. Some housemates had asked for bigger roles in the play, which stirred some tension.
Onyeka reminded everyone that every role is important, even the smaller ones. Ocee chimed in, agreeing that no role should be looked down upon.
In a second meeting, things started to feel repetitive. Sooj explained the plan again, but not everyone seemed to be on board. Shaun, in particular, wasn’t happy and suggested they plan the movie premiere alongside filming the wager movie.
Sooj, clearly frustrated, told Shaun he was repeating himself, insisting they should focus on the first part of the wager. Problem solved? Not really.
After assigning roles and asking for volunteers, Sooj noticed the room’s low energy. Onyeka, who had her own experience as HoH, reassured him that it was just first-day nerves. She mentioned that she had written, directed, and acted in her play.
When Sooj asked what she planned to do this week, he was surprised to hear she wanted to act and direct again. With only 14 housemates, Onyeka felt doubling up on roles was necessary. Whether actors will also help with the movie premiere remains to be seen, but it could cause issues down the line.
The big question is: Will this week be any different? Biggie has hinted at a lack of teamwork, and cracks are already starting to show. Can Sooj and his crew pull it together, or is a messy wager presentation on the way?
