The Nasarawa State Independent Electoral Commission, NASIEC, has released the timetable and schedule of activities for the conduct of the local government polls in the state.Â
Speaking at a meeting with the state’s Inter-Party Advisory Council, Chairman of NASIEC, Mallam Ayuba Usman Wandai revealed that the election would hold on Saturday, November 2nd, 2024.
Recalled that the Electoral Commission in the state had earlier postponed the local council elections earlier slated for August 31st, 2023.
