Cubana Chief Priest Now Fits XL Pyjamas After Weight Loss

—

Nigerian businessman Pascal Okechukwu, known as Cubana Chief Priest, revealed on Monday, October 5, 2026, that he has lost enough weight to wear an XL pyjamas set from an Emirates First Class flight.

Okechukwu posted a video of his progress on Instagram. He wrote that the milestone feels good and tied it to his motto, “go hard or go home.” He also told his critics, “I wan know wetin una wan use yab me again,” and added the hashtag #SlimP. He said anyone can become what they want to be.

He has not said how much weight he has lost or how he did it. Reports claim he started his fitness journey months ago on his doctor’s advice, but he has not confirmed that.

Cubana Chiefpriest owns the Club Xhrine nightclub in Owerri, Imo State, which he opened in December 2020 after leaving his post as general manager of Cubana Group. He also lost the APC primary for a House of Representatives seat in Imo State in the same week as his post.

He has addressed his weight in public before. In 2022, he posted that he was chasing summer money, not a summer body. Actor Uche Maduagwu replied, saying that “health is the biggest wealth,” and told him to exercise more. Okechukwu answered with an old photo of himself looking slim. He said he had that body while fasting and praying for wealth, and described fat as a sign of wealth.

The new post drew praise from fans and celebrities, including Tiannah. On X, several users complimented his discipline. Some asked how he did it. Others guessed, without evidence, that he used the drug Ozempic. A few users said his photos show little change in size. He has not given a target weight or an end date for his fitness plan.
