According to Aburime, the governor had appreciated Onejeme for working diligently to facilitate a seamless transition from the previous administration of Chief Willie Obiano, to his administration.
The governor had while noting the state will miss his services, said he appreciates his personal and family circumstances that warranted the resignation, wishing him success in his future endeavours and expressed hope that he will continue to avail his services in the development of Anambra/Nigeria in other spheres.
