Understanding the Spirit of Ramadan, Quhr-aahn, and Conscience

This year’s Ramadan is slightly more unique or special. February 18, 2026, comes with an eclipse that the naturalists to the scientists can relate to. From a Quhr-aahnic perspective, ‘the joining of the sun and the moon’ is figurative and can very well include this year as a special year. Lastly, it is the ‘independence day’ of the Gambia, the only country that was created to end transatlantic slavery and the birthplace of the writer with the highest global love. Well, the title or subtitle is often a big hint in my writings. ‘Understanding’ means I believe there is some misunderstanding in regards to the spirit of Ramadan and beyond.

By spirit, I mean the primary purpose. If Ramadan is partially in celebration of the revelation of the marvelous Quhr-aahn, not necessarily its writings, then the Quhr-aahn is arguably higher than Ramadan. If Ramadan or fasting is really about ‘abstaining’ as means, then the spirit of that fasting must include the raising of our spirit on ‘caring for the poor’. The spirit of the Quhr-aahn is much broader and must be seen as a means to higher conscience. Then raising our conscience is the highest and ultimate goal of every decent person. Part of raising our conscience is with the Lord, but it is also partly on us for our own good. Ch. 91 told us: ‘Successful is/will be he who purifies the conscience’, which demands efforts from ourselves. Multiple means but all towards raising our conscience. Thus, Ramadan is for the poor; the Quhr-aahn is anti-oppression in spirit; conscience is about choices for Justice in circumspect ways, including due rewards.

In our global village, religion or religious leaders are no longer the top deciders, but still have influences. Almost every world leader will come up with at least a message of ‘wishes’ for the Ramadan, but is reflecting and advice not better or higher in the relay as a team? Our deeds versus super good deeds like ‘exhort each other to truth’ make it unwise to dismiss a position or over compare. You do not need to be a genius to understand human oppression, including economical oppression, is not new. So things like Ramadan came for potential reflecting and possible redistribution or adjusting after Ramadan. I will later expand on the rising economic realities of the world.

Are we truly honoring or meeting the spirit of Ramadan or fasting? Sometimes it helps to gauge beyond self. How well do we stand for the poor at the individual level versus the different groups and as a species? It will be boring to discuss the individual comparison of me and you as individuals without much verifiable claims, but can we use folks like Elon Musk versus Ms. Mackenzie Scott? Skip the individuals for now and contrast two countries or two religions, which must include Islam?

Are Muslims the champions of caring for the poor at the national or international level? We will need a book to discuss every country. So I will guess a C or D for the Gambia at the national level, but perhaps a F at the international level; Saudi Arabia may get a B for its citizens, but likely a F at the international level; U.S may get an E or even F at the national level, and like a super F at the international level. That may seem vague due to words and proportionate gauging, because those who score 35% and 25% are all in F or failing marks, but still different. We cannot mark only deeds, but even individuals cannot be exempted from ‘exhort each other to truth’, let alone countries selling excuses like we are a small or poor nation.

If you look at the wealth level of Muslims and see how little we help the poor, efficiently or inefficiently, then you may understand why I give countries like Saudi a F. We want to argue Islam or xyz is global until things like efforts on wealth sharing or freeing the oppressed is mentioned, then we retreat to nationalist standing or even lower like ‘family love’ through questionable hadiths or xyz. Contrast with conscientious standards and with your counterparts, then adjust while time permits. We admit wealth distribution is seemingly unjust (differentiated) by God to see how we will react with redistribution, but we also further admit wealth inequality or injustices can always be improved or worsened by human choices, which further hardens the test in the spirit of ch.103.

Apparently, it takes both humans and God to bring about sweet Justice, so let us do our part, especially after God inspires through conscience. If we contrast the words of Elon Musk and the deeds of MS. Mackenzie Scott on charities, then we may agree a few billions in the right direction can bring down the corrupt system of Capitalism or mitigate its negative effects by what percentages? Why are the richest in the Arab world and beyond not living up to the spirit of Ramadan, uplifting the poor, and the Quhr-aahn? From helping with worldwide access to water for year-round farming, worldwide culture of cameras, mandatory education, etc are easy negotiations with the willing or even questionable governments and NGOs. I may controversially add places like Africa must adjust on endless babies, embrace higher learning and working standards, all of which can be improved through a strong culture of cameras and re-education.

The reason I give poor marks to the u.s is because the bottom hard working ten percent in the u.s is suffering a lot more than in Saudi Arabia, China, and beyond. You cannot claim to be the richest country, but when confronted about your working poor, you deflect to those you misled or ‘Freedom’ as an excuse at the national level. Considering how Capitalism and u.s militarism are imposed at the international level, the u.s significantly contributes to world poverty and other forms of oppression. Again, we cannot totally blame the u.s, because the responsibility to resist evil impositions is part of our test and much easier as world leaders in our Internet age. Enough resistance, especially at collective levels, may yield divine intervention more than individual resistance.

The u.s is a very mysterious country. The u.s can be linked to many good and questionable systems around the world. It requires deep studies and numbers to properly gauge where they are net failures or successes. Every sane person knows the u.s do fail the trying poor even at the national level, which sadly provokes many of their guilty-victims to further think less ‘aid’ to the world is smart or caring in the illusions of ‘charity begins at home’… If ‘charity begins at home’, then which directions, how soon, and at what speeds should it expand? How about the robberies or xyz sins each government did and which citizens agreed or benefitted and refused re-sharing as purification? Similarly, u.s military interventions may be largely bad, but any sane person with some level of honesty will admit terrible world leaders exist and u.s pressure at the world stage is not always evil. So in the anti-oppression spirit of the Quhr-aahn, I think the u.s may be much better than many or all governments, which may not necessarily mean a net pass or 100% perfect.

Like individuals, nations make choices that are good and bad, so humans must work in the spirit of ch.103 towards perfect adjustment. So one scoring well on the spirit of Ramadan or the poor does not necessarily mean scoring well on the spirit of the Quhr-aahn and much better on conscience. They are like different subjects in school, or expanding subjects. Economic or financial oppression truly exists, and other forms of oppression do exist. Elite u.s may tell you other leaders failed their poor ones, but u.s leaders do not fail their poor? You cannot point to the about five percent of ‘successful’ immigrants as proof, because even poor Gambia and Nigeria or Iran can point to one to xyz percent of ‘successful’ immigrants. The evidence of homeless veterans and when thousands are laid off contradicts only ‘useless folks’ suffer in and beyond the u.s. Wealth distribution and redistribution is very complex, and the worst of humankind may never believe in wealth redistribution. Of course, I do agree up to one percent of every nation may have personal issues on wealth failing, but where the failing started and how to rectify that failing cannot be indifference to basic needs.

Once we agree that God can punish even the richest person, the richest groups, and none of us can help in certain aspects, then we must try to help each other where and while we can help. I am of the opinion that humans, under a great national or international system, can easily provide quality food to even animals. Our food is largely grown, and the multiplication nature of plants, plus rising human knowledge, can guarantee food sufficiency for even those who work thirty minutes a day. Of course humans need more than food, but we are seeing explicit man-made starvation in places like Sudan, implicit cruelty and man-made indifferent starvation in countless places around the world. In Sudan, money worshipping u.s and the west are essentially siding with the rich UAE and choosing indifference with excuses.

For eleven months, average Muslims+ were nearly indifferent to the starvation or much harder than the Ramadan the people of Sudan faced, so you think one month of fasting is the good deed that exempts you from the checklist of ch.103? From a human perspective, we cannot blame God where we can act, but we can also comfort ourselves with how many of the suffering folks in Sudan were guilty of indifference or will not allow me and others to live freely in the spirit of ch.103? Like Ramadan comes in turns, we do what we can in turns, but do remember reciprocal-law and what kind of indifference are the dying babies guilty of? I do not over credit parents who think they can bring babies as slaves or under intolerable oppression, because earthly hell is real. Animals and even devils can have ‘human babies’, at least according to ch17:64. Similarly, be a fighter for global justice before you bring a child or over praise your parents or leaders.

In theory or deep spirit, I can certainly prove the Quhr-aahn is anti-oppression. The reason many so-called Muslim countries are guilty of normalising oppression is 1. Not seeing that spirit in the Quhr-aahn. 2. Not understanding you can go higher or lower after entering the world of the Quhr-aahn. 3. What I called the wrong or questionable exit of endless hadiths, which Muhammad (pbuh) forbade even its writings, including the so-called ‘authentic hadiths ‘.

Types of Fasting: We have noticed the Lord of conscience and/or through the angels prescribed different types of fasting on different people or generations. Even the Quhr-aahn admits different types of fasting exist and can be accepted, so you can endlessly debate the best type of fasting based on a scholar, hadiths, which Quhr-aahnic verses,or what level of conscience. If you have the best, will you tolerate or look down on better, good, or even OK types of fasting? Some of you may prefer to debate fasting matters based on when, when, when, not how and why+? However, do the Angels fast from what or how do they fast and when? We have quhr-aahnic evidence that they fast (abstain) from at least bloody meat, as per 11:70. So , I am of the opinion that veganism is a conscientious type of fasting and also offers different levels of favor on whom the Lord wills.

The arrogant can dismiss me on ‘opinion’ grounds, but I also mentioned the term ‘conscientious’ and capable of linking it with the Quhr-aahn. Which is best and who can deny you need efforts and God’s help to enter or rise in the world of veganism? They will argue ‘worship God in how he likes’ or their short sighted interpretations, but conscience is not about how raw human desires, but how the Lord of conscience suggests, ‘we hear and we obey’. Remember! the Quhr-aahn told us to seek sweet patience and disobey wrong doing folks, including leaders who are anti-conscience. Perhaps, all the dead prophets with different types of fasting are in veganism or will appreciate a high level vegan buffet, but you focus on how you can get it for yourself and perhaps the grateful poor, not every guilty poor. Since humans have limitations on inviting even on faith, then invite and have no headage over any rejection or waste too much time on debates. During and after Ramadan, year round conscientious fasting can be contrasted with periodic fasting folks on cameras for character, on health based on average, on wealth in consumption cost or accumulation bragging rights? A guest called Angel Gibril and/or Jarga to MBS, Mahama, or Trump will not eat your bloody meat, but will you honor me or look down on me?

So, we have questionable Imams claiming: repeating xyz words in xyz times during the Ramadan can yield xyz rewards in possibilities, probabilities, or certainties? Although the words often seem harmless, guaranteeing anything about God may fall under ‘invent a lie about Allah’ or even up to ‘sins between creatures’ in reckless echoing and promising. We must reclassify those words and are they bigger than the spirit of the Quhr-aahn or God. To acknowledge ‘God is perfect’ will somehow satisfy the ears of God and be blind or unjust on your other choices? How about how perfect are you on efforts compared to your counterparts on working as an example? Beside words, even periodic deeds of giving back to the poor during Ramadan or beyond may or may not be enough, because the one who gives back over 10% cannot be equal to 2.5% in the spirit of ch. 99 or atom’s weight under a just God.

Even after enough giving back on wealth, if your eyes are opened to see how rotten the world financial or judicial systems are, then bravely standing up to powerful devils with arms is where to gauge who truly believes in God, in ch.103, and conscience. We cannot do for God, except what he demands we do for the poor and the oppressed, in and far beyond Ramadan. So even the Quhr-aahnic reading and potential rewards will actually depend on acting on the conscientious instructive verses of the Quhr-aahn. There is good in both, but the instructive verses are superior to the descriptive verses of the Quhr-aahn. You will still need conscience or God’s help to properly or deeply understand even the largely clear instructive verses, or why ch.75 :19 reminded Muhammad and all of us that explaining matters, or the Quhr-aahn is not a literal book, but a book of hints for people with rising conscience, not wrong doers who over bank on forgiving. Connect with the Lord of conscience and do not worsen yourself during or after the Ramadan.

Many begin the Ramadan with ‘forgive me for my wrongs, knowingly and unknowingly’? I can understand mistakes, but what kind of a Muslim or xyz knowingly hurt others unless they are yet to know conscience, the dangers of sins between creatures, or are in which dangerous illusions? Were they worshipping money, sex, or image when they committed those sins between creatures in negligence versus knowingly? How are they compared to the average in each religion and region, or do they think entering Islam or xyz give them the right to be reckless or worse than others because of faith and how many good deeds they may over value as doing favor to God?

Some Christians claim Jesus ‘died for their sins’, but does that include sins between creatures is for a secular debate, re-education, or self protection? Religion is supposed to make you more conscientious, not less conscientious , to your counterparts. Of course I understand a percentage of non religious folks can be worse, but how can you miss the spirit or purpose of religion for decades at the personal level and centuries at the collective levels? I am not totally against forgiving, but you must start with enough effort first, then you may have tolerable mistakes, then be ready to repent on even those tolerable mistakes, if it affects humans or animals more than a just God, then we can consider forgiving.

So it starts with invisible guidance, human guidance, and ends with guidance at conscience level, you can reject or accept… However, on sins between creatures, we are praying God conquers with worldwide culture of cameras or punishes the guilty… So we must gauge which presidents+ will allow negligence at work and be blind to how it ties to sins between creatures and how we must smartly punish even unintentional sins between creatures, measurably. Negligence is not intentional, can be sins between creatures, and forgiving high levels of negligence will be too dangerous. Ch. 67:10 indirectly warns about the dangers of refusing to use our faculties. Believe in efforts, learning, and repenting, not endless forgiving or trying to corrupt a just God and the Godly. Life is about choices before your so-called cultures, religions, or sovereign nations (governments). So choices around conscience or its lacking is the personal destiny than collective destiny. Life is a distinctive test from collective tests. While on earth, your collective destiny is real or intertwined, because the bedroom choices of Epstein in the u.s can have ripple effects in the Gambia, decades after, including potential learning or smart thanking of God. Similarly, the choices by Trump alone or Trump with MBS can affect the rich and poor in the Gambia or xyz. How much human choices may affect us may not mean how much sunlight shines or rain the Gambia may have. However, speak up and pray against the intolerable guilty ones , worldwide. Otherwise, who deserves to be victims more than who wants endless respite for d[oers of]evils who refuse repentance?

Do you believe the Quhr-aahn is the highest book or highest source of knowledge? Well, the Quhr-aahn may be higher than many books, but it admits a higher book or source exists. I believe that source is conscience, where God teaches, or is there an Angel or xyz who dares claim there is a book higher than where God teaches at a level of his choosing? I will not belittle a high book or higher book, while I search for the highest that largely concurs in vivid rising. Get a sieve, a touchstone, and going through high can help you towards the highest. [Quran 43:4] ‘And it is with us (the angels), in the Source Book, sublime and wise.’

In my poor Gambia and many countries, humans can testify what cameras can help expose. Before Ramadan, let the Angels gauge how Gambians shout or fight over ‘what’ compared to Russians, Chinese, and which Arabs. Ramadan means more shoutings and fightings to earn sins between creatures, or to justify that the poor or hungry have the right to be angry year round? Well, president Barrow, Trump, and many leaders do not properly listen to poor folks like me, but we can eliminate poverty or at least hunger within months, even in the Gambia and worldwide, unless God gives new harder challenges. Thriving in unjust systems is often because you are also corrupt or underfighting the corrupt system. Capitalism in its present form is too corrupt and Mark Carney of Canada is under admitting the selective injustices in the international systems. We have the option to study Lovism, which I consider is much better than the Socialism that is financially and militarily in bed with vivid Capitalism.

In the end, both the rich and poor are likely to die within 100 years. Pain and happiness are the primary gauges of life, but even some teenagers understand wealth cannot guarantee happiness, it only facilitates the man made products and services of our earth. I am not belittling wealth, but anyone who fails to understand both health and character are much higher is in a dangerous position. Of course, the super cursed may lack all three, but I write to attain all three. No sane person will read my writings to dismiss the importance of wealth or something higher. We have limitations as humans, but the limitations are not equal, nor are they eternal. We do overcome health challenges, financial challenges, and even character challenges. So who are placing these challenges on us, especially at human level? Why is God allowing or causing these challenges, and how to resist or even confront where need be? How can we improve our thoughts, words, and actions with the ever living Lord without arrogantly looking down or over banking on the past? Direct connection with the Lord may include prayers, but it may actually be higher through listening and acting, not just speaking. If you never speak to your fellow beings, then how can you meet your expectations in ch.103, which is much bigger than Ramadan, fasting lent, going to Mecca, Jerusalem, or xyz. Yes, the article may seem to lean against the Muslims, but the title or time demands it. The corrupt world systems are largely run by people who called themselves Christians and Jews, but how many billions Saudi Muslims+ pumped into AI and that corrupt system versus the poor and the oppressed? I am fairly educated to understand almost every country has capitalist minded folks even in the age of culture. Too long, too much, of a wrong thing cannot make a wrong thing a right thing.

We have seen God allowing about one to five percent of humans in explicit slavery, but when the oppressed resisted, God helped end it. So the percentage of humans in implicit or semi-explicit oppression is almost irrelevant, but the percentage that may measurably resist will likely determine if God meaningfully acts in 2026 or adjust it in which ways and until when? When I resisted as an individual, my personal wealth came down, but my happiness is up, and I am not in terrible wealth status. Collective resistance is much better, because guilty-victims are also very real. I hope God helps a lot more, including my very self. May God bring sweet Justice and bless Showlove Trinity: let’s learn, let’s work, let’s have fun.
