President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has expressed deep sorrow over the death of the Spiritual Head of the Cherubim and Seraphim Movement Church Worldwide, His Most Eminence, Prophet (Dr.) Emmanuel Abiodun Alogbo, describing him as a humble servant of God whose life was devoted to faith, peace, and national unity.
In a condolence message issued on Thursday, the President said Nigeria had lost a distinguished Christian leader whose unwavering commitment to the spiritual well-being of the faithful and the nation left an enduring legacy.
Tinubu praised the late cleric for providing exemplary leadership within the Cherubim and Seraphim Movement Church, noting that he championed peace, unity, and reconciliation, earning the admiration of Christians and adherents of other faiths alike.
According to the President, Prophet Alogbo’s efforts in strengthening Christian fellowship and promoting harmony across religious and community divides will continue to inspire generations.
Tinubu urged the Alogbo family, the leadership and members of the Cherubim and Seraphim Movement Church Worldwide, and all those mourning the revered cleric to find comfort in the enduring values and legacy he upheld throughout his lifetime.
He also prayed for the peaceful repose of the late spiritual leader, asking God to grant eternal rest to the soul of His faithful servant.
