President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has extended his condolences to former Minister of Innovation, Science and Technology, Uche Geoffrey Nnaji, following the passing of his mother, Mrs. Monica Nnenna Nnaji.
In a statement issued on Monday by his Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, the President expressed sympathy with the Nnaji family over the loss of their matriarch.
Tinubu described the late Mrs. Nnaji as a resilient and hardworking woman who dedicated her life to raising her children with discipline and strong values. According to the President, the deceased played a pivotal role in nurturing four sons who have gone on to contribute meaningfully to the development of the country.
The President noted that Mama Nnaji lived an exemplary and fulfilled life, leaving behind a legacy of service, sacrifice, and commitment to family and society.
Tinubu urged the Nnaji family to take comfort in the enduring legacy of their mother, whose influence continues to live through her children and the many lives she touched.
He also prayed for the peaceful repose of the soul of the departed and strength for the family to bear the loss.
