Mayorkun’s Second Stolen Necklace Returned

The award for well behaved people goes to Calabar State.

Not only did they prove that they have some good in them they also went extra mile to clean their tainted image.

Recall that earlier this week it was reported that Nigerian singer and songwriter Adewale Mayowa Emmanuel popularly known as Mayorkun reportedly lost his expensive jewel when he performed in the Calabar Carnival.

The Mayor of Lagos vowed to never return to the state and even went further to advise other artist to not visit the state.

Fortunately Iyanya made a call and even promised a compensation and within hours one of the pendant was returned.

Few days later Mayorkun was still begging so that the other pendant can be returned as it meant a lot to him although he did not say why or what it meant to him, but it is rumored to cost a lot of money he even promised 5million Naira to anyone that will bring it back.

Well luck is on his side as it just reported that the last pendant has been returned and is safe.

Iyanya shared this via his page and thank the people of Calabar for doing what is right.

Calabar state has officially been taken off Santa’s list.
