Vanessa Hudgens, popularly known for her role as Gabriella in High School Musical, has given birth to her first child with her husband, Cole Tucker.
The news comes after Hudgens announced her pregnancy in March by revealing her baby bump at the Oscars.
Dressed in a blue pajama top and black sweatpants, the 35-year-old actress was seen leaving a hospital in Santa Monica, California, on July 3, cradling her newborn.
She was accompanied by Tucker, who was celebrating his 28th birthday, and a nurse. Hudgens looked overjoyed with her baby wrapped in a white blanket.
Despite hosting a gender reveal party in May, she has not publicly disclosed the baby’s gender.
Reacting to the news of her pregnancy, Hudgens’ former boyfriend Zac Efron, who was her co-star in High School Musical, shared his excitement during an interview at the A Family Affair premiere on June 13. “They’re gonna be the best moms ever. Those girls, are you kidding me? We’re gonna have some fun family reunions coming up,” he said, also referring to former co-star Ashley Tisdale, who is also expecting a baby.
Vanessa Hudgens and Cole Tucker, who married in December 2023 in Tulum, Mexico, are thrilled as they begin their parental journey.
