President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has expressed deep condolences to his Special Assistant on Social Media, Mr. Segun Dada, following the death of his father, Chief Idowu Folorunsho Dada, who passed away at the age of 91.
In a condolence message issued on Tuesday, the President paid tribute to the late Chief Dada, describing him as a man of integrity, discipline, and compassion whose life left a lasting impact on everyone who knew him.
Chief Dada was a former Sales Manager at NEXAN Kablemetal Nigeria PLC and was widely admired for his distinguished career and exemplary character.
President Tinubu also praised the deceased for raising his children on strong moral values, noting that his influence was evident in the life and service of his son, Segun Dada.
The President further commended Chief Dada’s unwavering commitment to the Church and his devotion to family, saying his legacy would continue to inspire future generations.
“I extend my heartfelt condolences to the children of Pa Dada and the extended family members over the transition of their patriarch,” Tinubu said.
“I especially console Segun at this difficult time for the family. The family should find comfort in the legacy of service and good name left behind by Chief Dada.”
President Tinubu prayed for the peaceful repose of Chief Dada’s soul and asked God to grant his family the strength and comfort to bear the loss.
