In another exciting match, Slovenia pushed Portugal to their limits, holding them to a draw through full time and extra time despite numerous attempts.

Cristiano Ronaldo missed a crucial penalty in the 105th minute, and Slovenia had a player sent off for a rough tackle during the same period.
