Chelsea boss Mauricio Pochettino has made an honest assertion in regards to coaching Chelsea Football Club. The Argentine disclosed that having Chelsea job as the head coach is one of the toughest.

Having made his stints In England with Southampton and Tottenham Hotspur, Pochettino returned to the Premier League, signing a two-year contract with Chelsea Football Club.

“It’s a tough job. It’s a difficult job here at Chelsea. But at the same time, it’s an exciting project”.

“Knowing it’s difficult, in this type of moment we are living in a situation that is not nice, we can learn. It’s a good opportunity to learn”.

Pochettino rebuffed claims that he landed the Blues to a 12th place finish last season:

“I didn’t finish 12th last year, Chelsea did. It is a different squad to last year, many changes. If you want to compare to damage us, to compare things, I think, is impossible. We need time here, and people need to understand why we need time. It’s about creating a team.

It’s like building a house. You need to be sure of all the steps you take”.

“We are building from zero. Always it takes time”.

Chelsea has suffered a 4-1 and 4-2 back to back defeat encountered against Liverpool and Wolves, a feat that might push Pochettino to possible exit since he joined the club last year May.

The club sits at the 11th spot with 31 points following 23 League game this season.
