Apply Now: NITDA Opens Application For 'DigitalForAll Challenge' 2.0
The National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) and Tech4Dev have launched the DigitalForAll Challenge 2.0, a free competition catering to various age groups.
The Challenge, aligned with Nigeria’s Renewed Hope Agenda, aims to cultivate a critical mass of digital skills, accelerating diversification through digitalization and innovation.
Cash Prizes Across Categories:
    Young Learners (Ages 12-18): N10 million for winners, N7.5 million for first runners-up, and N5 million for second runners-up.
    Youth Category (Ages 19-45): N10 million for winners, N7.5 million for first runners-up, and N5 million for second runners-up. An intermediate sub-category offers higher prizes with the winner receiving N15 million.
    Civil Servants: N10 million for winners, N7.5 million for first runners-up, and N5 million for second runners-up.
Eligibility and Application Process:
    Young Learners: Ages 8–18, must be students in primary or secondary schools, complete training, pass basic digital literacy assessment, and have registered schools and teachers on the platform.
    Youth Category: Ages 19–45, must complete training and obtain a certificate from the challenge’s digital skilling program.
    Civil Servants: Must be civil servants, complete training, and receive a certificate from the basic digital skilling program.
Program Details:
The DigitalForAll program, a collaboration between Tech4Dev and NITDA, aims to incentivize self-development and promote the acquisition of digital skills.
The competition spans regional and state levels, culminating in a grand finale on NITDA’s Digital Nigeria International Conference and Exhibition Day.
Joel Ogunsola, founder of Tech4Dev, emphasized the programme’s goal of ensuring every Nigerian has access to digital literacy, emphasizing its significance for the future of work.
