Before the advent of Caesarian section, vaginal delivery was the only route for a baby to get into the world.

Now, there is a stomach route.

Vagina is no longer the only way. I didn’t come through the vagina. Many people reading this too are products of Caesarian section.

Prior to the advent of Caesarian section, many women were called names like ‘Orinwa’(Baby eater), ‘Ogbanje’ even after loosing their lives during child birth, they were tagged ev!l . There was a school of thought that believed that a woman who couldn’t have a child per vagina has a issue with the spirit world. Sounds funny in todays world right ?

With the advent of Caesarian section and knowledge of certain physical(medical) limitations in a woman that could hinder her from having a. Safe delivery, all those ideas about the spirit being incharge vanished.

Many women reading this would have been dead and gone through child birth and remembered as evil women.

Many of us may not have made it to this world.

Knowledge is like a torch light. It shines light to dark areas. Straightens crooked areas. Eliminate gray areas. Annihilates confusion. Drives ignorance. Fights sadness and brings monumental joy.

I will still maintain that most things we call spiritual today is ‘Knowledge gap’, let’s just say ‘We don’t know yet’.

All we need to do is to continue to connect inwards with our maker to ask him for more torch(Light) so we can shine it on gray areas and darkness plaquing us. This requires a lot of discipline and collaboration.

True spirituality is relating with our maker to thank him for the good things he has done and to ask for the clarity to solve our problems and reproduce the solutions, consistently.

The many dark corners we are walking through will be greatly illuminated in years to come. Time is the difference between today’s problems and tomorrow’s solutions.

Thousands of examples abound on where bridges have been built between the spiritual and knowledge gap.

If you live long enough, you will agree with me on this, even if you don’t agree now.
