The Delta State Government has debunked the report making waves, accusing Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of awarding hospital renovation contracts to his sister and aides. A report by the Commonwealth has revealed that violence against women and girls costs Lesotho more than $113 million (about 1.9 billion Lesotho loti) a year.
