2023 was a good ride – Davido

It’s thanksgiving phase for 001.

Nigerian musician and songwriter David Adedeji Adeleke popularly known as Davido is reflecting on how 2023 turned out and he is super grateful.

Comparing 2023 with the previous year it can be agreed that that Davido has had a better year.

Last year was not a really good one for the artist as he lost his child, had to leave music and he was not even seen in the social media space.

However this year he came back with a bang, he came back married to Choima Rowland his long time sweetheart, released his new album which got him a Grammy nomination for the first time, and his wife gave birth to twins. What a way to end the year.

Looking back Davido is grateful to his fans and God for the journey so far. He reflected on the success of his timeless album, the nomination, the media runs, and personal milestones. He described the year as an avalanche of achievements.
