Yobe Tricycle Driver Returns N9.3 Million Forgotten by Passenger

A commercial tricycle (Keke Napep) driver, identified as Mallam Ari, has earned widespread praise after returning N9.3 million that a passenger accidentally left behind in his tricycle in Dapchi, Yobe State.
According to reports, the incident occurred on a market day when a businessman boarded the tricycle and unknowingly forgot a bag containing the cash after reaching his destination.
Despite the huge amount involved, Mallam Ari reportedly returned the entire N9.3 million to its rightful owner, an act that has been widely commended by members of the public.
It was also gathered that Mallam Ari is not the owner of the tricycle but was only hired to operate it for a few hours on the day the incident happened.
His honesty and integrity have drawn admiration across the community, with many describing him as a role model for trustworthiness, accountability, and the fear of God.
