Victor Osimhen Scores a Late-minute Stunner for Galatasaray

Super Eagles forward Victor Osimhen scored a late-minute stunner for Galatasaray during their 3-0 rampage against Antalyaspor in the Turkish league matchday 9.

Osimhen, who recently returned from an injury that made him miss the Super Eagles’ AFCON qualifiers against Libya, came off the bench for Yunus Akgün in the 78th minute when Galatasaray was already two goals ahead. His late-minute goal in stoppage time secured Galatasaray’s three points and a clean sheet.

The African Footballer of the Year has now scored three goals and provided two assists in four league games for Galatasaray since his mega loan move from Napoli.

Galatasaray has now extended their lead at the top of the Turkish league table with their outstanding form this campaign.
