Veteran Nollywood actor Francis Duru has publicly mourned the death of his 15-year-old son, Ifeanyi. The actor confirmed the tragic news through an emotional Instagram post on Thursday.

If this is the way He wants it, so be it, I still judge you faithful. Ifeanyi, my champ. I will miss you, son. I will forever love you. Rest in peace, son… rest…. I give you thanks, Lord!”
The announcement came as a shock to fans and colleagues, especially since Duru had celebrated Ifeanyi’s 15th birthday just last December.
