He assured that the Division, as a big brother, will avail the Zone of every support it requires to make their job seamless.
” I want to thank you for checking up on us.
“I have listened to your request in the areas of training and retraining, and be rest assured that we are going to grant all you have asked to improve your operational capacity.
“This would also aid in fostering inter-agency collaboration and synergy between the Nigerian Army and the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps,” he noted.
The GOC urged the ACG to cascade the message of synergy to his subordinates on the need for collaboration rather than friction and rivalry among security agencies to nip any crime in the bud.
Earlier in his address, the NSCDC Zone K Assistant Commandant General, Iyamu, Â expressed his joy and gratitude for the warm reception accorded him and his team, pledging his readiness to cooperate and synergize with the Army for a peaceful environment within his area of responsibility.

“NSCDC and the Nigerian Army have continuously maintained a good working relationship and I am here to seek for more of that collaboration, especially in the areas of intelligence sharing, training and re-training and any other areas of mutual interest,” he stated.
