Cardi B recently made news when she threw a microphone at a fan on July 29, 2023, at Drai’s Nightclub.

After the incident, the individual struck by the item being sold at the concert filed a battery lawsuit against the rapper.

The microphone, which cost $1,000 when it was first purchased, is reportedly up for auction on eBay. According to Yahoo, the initial price started at $500 and reached $94,900 by last night.

Scott Fisher, whose business provides audio support for the majority of the main nightclubs in Vegas, placed the flying mic on the website. He disclosed to TMZ that: “it was pretty easy to track down the mic after the show because the white tape across the bottom of it says, ‘MAIN’“.

It supposedly still functions. The Wounded Warrior Project and a nearby organization serving children and young adults with special needs in Las Vegas, Friendship Circle Las Vegas, will both receive a portion of the revenue, he said.

During her performance at the nightclub, a fan splashed the rapper with iced water and then tossed the mic at her, hitting two individuals instead of just one, according to reports. As a result, one of the women has filed a complaint against her. Later, they discovered that the concertgoer doused the singer with water since the performer had asked for it. After all, the temperature was sweltering.

The identity of the woman who reported the singer to the police is unknown, but the US police claimed they have opened a battery investigation with Cardi as the main suspect. According to Page 6, on Monday, a woman contacted the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department to report a battery.

Statement released by the Us Police Media: “According to the victim, she was attending an event on July 29, 2023, at a property located in the 3500 block of Las Vegas Boulevard,”

According to a new story from The Washington Post, the rapper has exonerated herself of any potential charges stemming from the microphone-throwing incident, and the authorities have discontinued the criminal battery investigation.

“This case has been closed as having insufficient evidence. No charges will be filed in relation to this case,” According to the LVMPD

Cardi B has not yet released a statement in the media about the incident.
