Security Chiefs Should Be Sacked If Kidnapped Victims Are Not Freed Before 15-Day-Deadine – Bwala

Renowned lawyer, Daniel Bwala has hailed president Bola Ahmed Tinubu for stating that the federal government would not pay a dime to secure the release of kidnapped victims.

Bwala, who stated this on AriseNews Morning Show on Friday 15th March, 2024, revealed that those armed bandits and terrorists are mere mercenaries, emphasizing that some government functionaries are allegedly at the forefront and are also milking money from the rising act of insecurity bedeviling the country.

He stated that some of the key actors of terrorism are political office holders, business, and bank executives.

Reacting to the recent abduction of over two hundred students in Kaduna state, the Lawyer maintained that the president must mandate the security chiefs to ensure safe return of the students within the fifteen days ultimatum given by the terrorists else failure to do so should have the heads sacked.

Earlier, the internationally recognized motivational speaker who did not want to be addressed as the former spokesperson to the presidential candidate of the PDP at the 2023 general elections, Atiku Abubakar, stressed that the presidency has done all that is required to tackle terrorism but that the security heads saddled with responsibilities of addressing the worsening insecurity across the country are not complementing the president’s efforts.

Speaking further on party politics, Bwala who said that he has no regrets supporting the presidential candidate of the PDP at the 2023 general elections, stated that he only responded to the clarion call by President Tinubu for all oppositions to join in building a better nation considering that the times of politics were over.
