Juventus and Portugal star, Cristiano Ronaldo has been announced the winner of the Golden football award.
Ronaldo won the 18th edition of the Award which took place in monaco on Tuesday.
The award is slated for players from the age of 28 and above; and the award can only be won once in a player’s career.
The trophy is voted for by fans from a shortlist of 10 players every year.
Ronaldo edged out his other counterparts which are: Messi, Lewandowski, Giorgio Chiellini, Neymar, Sergio Ramos, Sergio Aguero, Gerard Pique, Salah, and Arturo Vidal to win the coveted award.
