Wednesday, March 27, 2024, is when the Real Housewives of Lagos Season 2 reunion will go live on Showmax, the company announced in a press release.
Iyabo Ojo will not be present. Toyin Lawani will be attending via Zoom. The trailer omitted Tania Omotayo and Chioma Ikokwu. Up until now, both women have been very critical of the show’s editing, claiming that it promoted a biased viewpoint. There’s Dr. Rommel present. Dr. Rommel is confronted by Laura Ikeji in the trailer.
The host is journalist Latasha Ngwube. “Latasha will guide viewers through an interesting reunion, promising plenty of drama, surprises, and candid conversations with the cast,” the release reads.
Latasha exclaimed, “I’m thrilled to explore the amazing world of drama and excitement these ladies have created.”

In Season 2, Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo, stylist Toyin Lawani Adebayo, businesswomen Chioma Ikokwu, Laura Ikeji-Kanu, and Mariam Timmer were joined by two new Housewives: fashion entrepreneur Tania Omotayo and former model and socialite Faith Morey.
Busola Tejumola, Executive Head of Content and West Africa Channels at MultiChoice, commented on the selection of Latasha to host the RHOLagos Season 2 reunion, saying, “Latasha has been a pillar of Nigerian pop culture for many years now, making her the perfect host to spark engaging conversations among the ladies.” Her lively spirit and perceptive manner will make this reunion one to remember.”
“Fans will get to see the ladies get together to discuss the highs and lows that defined RHOLagos Season 2,” the announcement continues. The Housewives will have a forum to clear up misunderstandings, address rumors, and share their raw emotions about other cast members during the reunion.”
The show was also nominated for a 10th edition of the Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards (AMVCA) for Best Unscripted Series. I mean it’s well deserved they did give us a show
