Plateau imposes restrictions on truck and animal movement in Jos

The Plateau state government has made some new rules about how trucks and animals can move around in certain parts of Jos and Bukuru.

They have also said that animals cannot move around in the main city of Plateau State, which is called Jos.

They said that there are more and more people living in Plateau State, which means there are more cars and trucks on the roads.

Also, some buildings are being built without following the right rules, which makes the cities crowded and not safe.

The Governor, Caleb Mutfwang, has made a new rule called Executive Order No. 003, 2024.

This rule is supposed to help make sure that buildings are built in the right way and that traffic in Plateau State is better.

The Governor said, “With this new rule, anyone who wants to build a new building must get permission first and follow the rules for building. If someone builds a building without permission, it will be taken down.”

“Also, we want to make the traffic better by doing things like having specific places to park, traffic lights, and signs on the roads. If someone breaks the traffic rules, they will have to pay fines or their car might be taken away.”

The Governor hopes that by following these new rules, life will be better for everyone living in Plateau State, and the cities will be safer and more organized.

“We believe that by enforcing this executive order, we can improve the quality of life for all residents of Plateau State and create a safe and organized urban environment.”

He wants everyone to work together and follow the new rules so that things can get better in Plateau State.
