A man identified as Salisu Iliyasu Takakume was among the abducted victims freed by bandits in Sokoto State after 96 days in captivity.

The victims were kidnapped in Takakume village, Goronyo Local Government Area of the state.

Security analyst and counter-insurgency expert, Zagazola Makama, who revealed this on Monday, March 25, 2024, said Takakume, is unable to walk due to extreme hardship in the bandits’ den.
