The Minister of Sports Development Senator John Owan Enoh has called for the immediate inclusion of Favors Odili in the 100m race at the ongoing Olympics in Paris.
Odili’s name successfully passed all screening phases but was omitted at the final stage before submission to the Secretary General of the AFN, who confirmed that the final list sent to the NOC did include Odili for the 100m.
The Minister of Sports Development, expressed his disapproval of this negligence and corrupt act, stating he will not tolerate such recklessness and promising thorough sanctions after investigating the source of this gross oversight.
