Victor Osimhen is reportedly open to joining Tottenham as the Premier League club considers a move for the Nigerian striker this summer.
Tottenham are searching for attacking reinforcements as manager Roberto De Zerbi looks to strengthen his forward line, while Richarlison’s future remains uncertain.
According to reports from Turkey, Tottenham have made an initial offer of £50m to £55m for Osimhen but Galatasaray know they are worth closer to £65m.
The News Chronicle reports the 27 year old was previously linked with a move to Stamford Bridge but a deal collapsed in the closing stages of the January transfer window two years ago.
Osimhen is understood to be eager to return to England for the start of the new campaign and personal terms will not be a problem if Spurs are serious about the move. De Zerbi has also confirmed Richarlison is a player whose future is ‘not in our hands’, while praising his work-rate and scoring ability
With the transfer window fast approaching its deadline, Spurs’ interest in Osimhen means the window could open up again if they are prepared to make a bigger offer to Galatasaray.
