In a significant move, Delta State Governor, Sheriff Oborevwori has approved financial assistance for Delta State indigenes studying in the seven Nigeria Law Schools across the country.Ā
This announcement, made by the Executive Secretary of the Delta State Scholarship Board, Dr. Godfrey Enita, is “a testament to the governor’s commitment to human capital development and quality governance”.
This approval follows closely on the heels of the governor’s recent approval of the 2022/2023 bursary award to over 30,000 students of Delta State origin in tertiary institutions across Nigeria.
According to the statement, the financial assistance is in line with Governor Oborevwori’s MORE agenda, aimed at advancing human and infrastructural development in the state.
“The governor’s actions demonstrate his dedication to delivering quality governance and improving the lives of Deltans.
