Veteran Nollywood actress Ngozi Nwosu has appealed to Nigerians for financial support to undergo treatment for an undisclosed illness, revealing that she urgently needs three life-saving surgeries estimated to cost N30 million.
In an emotional post shared on Instagram, the actress disclosed that she has been battling the ailment for some time but could no longer keep her health struggle private due to the urgency of her condition.
“My fans, friends, family and colleagues, this was really hard for me to do, but I can’t keep quiet anymore. I urgently need life-saving surgeries,” she wrote.
Appealing for support, Nwosu urged Nigerians to share her message and assist in any way they can.
“Please don’t scroll past. Share this post and support if you can. God bless you, and may you and yours never experience this affliction,” she added.
She directed intending donors to contact her legal representative or management for further details, disclosing that N30 million is required to cover the cost of the three surgeries.
