The Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) has demanded an immediate reversal of the recent increase in petrol pump prices.
On Tuesday September 3, Nigerians woke up to a new petrol pump price after the NNPCL jerked it up from ₦568 to ₦855, ₦897 per litre (depending on the location).
Condemning the latest development in a post on its X, the NLC leadership headed by Joe Ajaero, accused the Federal Government of betraying the labour movement calling for the immediate reversal of the recent increase.
