The Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMet) has forecast a mix of cloudy and sunny weather conditions across the country from Monday through Wednesday.
In its weather outlook released in Abuja, the agency predicted sunny skies with patches of clouds across the northern region on Monday.
NiMet also forecast thunderstorms accompanied by moderate rainfall over parts of Taraba, Adamawa and Kaduna States during the morning hours.
According to the agency, thunderstorms and moderate rains are expected across parts of Borno, Bauchi, Gombe, Jigawa, Katsina, Kano, Kaduna, Adamawa and Taraba States later in the afternoon or evening.
For the North-Central region, NiMet predicted thunderstorms with moderate rainfall over parts of Plateau, Niger, Nasarawa and the Federal Capital Territory during the morning hours.
