Manchester United and Arsenal settled for a full-time draw at Old Trafford during the 28th matchday of the English Premier League.
It was Bruno Fernandes’ late, superb free kick — Manchester United’s only shot on target — that gave the Red Devils a first-half lead. United played poorly in both halves, maintaining only 33% ball possession.
In the second half, Arsenal fired back with an equalizer through Declan Rice’s brilliant long-range shot, helping the Gunners salvage a point.
As it stands, Arsenal, sitting in second place with a game in hand, is 15 points behind Liverpool, the league leaders. Meanwhile, Manchester United is in 14th place with 34 points — just 17 points away from the relegation zone.
