London Derby: Arsenal Edged Tottenham to Close Gap on Liverpool

Arsenal defeated London neighbors Tottenham Hotspur 2-1 at the Emirates Stadium to close the point gap with Liverpool in the Premier League standings.

The game was decided in the first half, as all three goals were scored during that period. Tottenham Hotspur captain Heung-Min Son scored first to put his side in front.

Unfortunately for Tottenham, they conceded twice: first through an own goal by Solanke and then a sublime strike from Trossard.

Aston Villa defeated Everton away from home, as did Crystal Palace, who beat Leicester on the road. Newcastle United proudly raised their badge on home turf, winning 3-0 against Wolves in this round.
