Transform7 Leadership Institute, in partnership with Self Affair Africa, will host an executive summit aimed at equipping business leaders with practical strategies for sustainable growth and digital transformation.
The organisers disclosed in a statement on Thursday that the one-day summit, titled “The Blueprint,” will take place on Sept. 26 in Lagos.
According to the statement, the event will bring together founders, chief executive officers and senior business executives to explore leadership, artificial intelligence (AI) and business strategy.
The summit will centre on three key themes: leading self, leveraging AI and building scalable business strategies.
The organisers said participants would gain practical insights into applying effective leadership principles and emerging technologies to enhance organisational performance and drive long-term growth.
The programme will feature executive fireside chats, interactive panel discussions, founder sessions, AI strategy demonstrations and networking opportunities designed to encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Confirmed speakers include Simran Magnani, Founder of Yogshivir, India; Mamadou Guebre, Founder of Leadership Lab, Côte d’Ivoire; Rahmah Zakareeyah, Founder of Self Affair Africa; AI expert Femi Komolafe; and Rabia Usoro, Chief Executive Officer of Hareem Istanbul, Türkiye.
The organisers said the summit is designed to strengthen executives’ leadership capacity while exposing them to innovative approaches for scaling businesses in an increasingly digital economy.
They added that early registration is now open, noting that participation will be limited to ensure an engaging and interactive learning experience.
