Kaduna State Govt receives a 200-member Police special squad along with two APCs

Governor Uba Sani of Kaduna State shared some important news recently. He said that Kaduna State got two special vehicles called Armoured Personnel Carriers (APCs) and a team of 200 highly trained police officers. 

Sani said , “Today, I received two Armored Personnel Carriers (APCs) and 200 highly trained members of the Special Squad of the Nigeria Police Force (NPF) deployed to Kaduna State by the Inspector-General of Police, Kayode Egbetokun”.

These police officers are part of a special squad from the Nigerian Police Force. They have been sent to Kaduna State to help fight against terrorism, banditry, kidnapping, and other crimes.

Governor Sani was happy to announce this development. He mentioned that during the Inspector-General of Police, Kayode Egbetokun’s last visit to Kaduna, he promised to send these resources to help improve security in the state. Now, the promise has been fulfilled.

The Governor expressed his gratitude to the Inspector-General of Police for his support and service to Kaduna State.

“We thank the I-G for his outstanding service and support to Kaduna state”.

He also thanked the President for his leadership during these challenging times and for ensuring the safe return of the kidnapped Kuriga school children.

“We also appreciate Mr President for providing focused leadership at this trying time in Nigeria’s history and ensuring the safe return of the Kuriga school children.”

Before receiving the APCs and the special police squad, Governor Sani held a meeting with the Core Security Council members and community leaders from Kuriga in Chikun Local Government Area. This meeting was important to discuss security matters and to ensure everyone’s safety.
