Mark Angel, a well-known comedian, scriptwriter and content creator has revealed quite
interesting details about his personal life for the first time.
In a recent interview with Teju Babyface, the Port Harcourt born comedian talked about his
struggle days when he started comedy and surprisingly revealed that he secretly got married
and secretly divorce, which came as a shock to many, especially his fans.

Some people applauded him and his team for how they were able to keep it together.
However, he omitted the information regarding the dates of the marriage and divorce, proving a new assignment
to netizens and diggers association as they will be working day and night to uncover the new
mystery.
The 32-year-old made it clear that he wouldn’t encourage his daughter to date someone who
looked like him given the status of his love life right now. He claimed to have been in casual relationships with roughly five different women.
“I was once married. I have never said this on any podcast, anywhere. I got married in secret
and was divorced in secret.
“I don’t know if I’m dating now or not. But I’ve like five different babes. If I were my daughter, I
wouldn’t date someone like myself.”
Mark Angel has shared his story of nearly giving up comedy because of obstacles and negative
remarks from those around him. Comments coming from mostly friends and close ones were not encouraging at the time and he was close to ending his dreams of becoming a comedian. But look where he is today! He said he began writing comedy skits in 2013 but came to limelight in 2015. Even then, he
claimed, he hadn’t made any money until the next year, which was 2016.
